DDF High-density powder conveying pump and control system
The new generation DDF4 powder pump invented by Ramseier Koatings can operate friendly under the principle of high powder concentration and low air flow rate. Since 2001, DDF technology has proven to operate stably in long-term and harsh hot and humid environments. The fourth generation DDF4 powder pump can adapt to different types of powders and maintain a soft, smooth and stable powder delivery effect. The latest DDF4 powder pump is user-friendly and easy to operate. There will be no powder spitting under different conveying distances and powder types. The rugged structure can meet the high-pressure cleaning requirements required for fast color change systems.
When compared with Venturi pumps/injectors, DDF4 can save a lot of compressed air.The low powder delivery rate allows the powder particles to have a longer charging time (2.5X), thus forming a "soft spraying" effect and high charging efficiency for the powder.
