Automatic Powder Reclaim System
In automatic systems the recycled powder collected from the Cyclone Separator will be transferred to a vibrating sifter before the screened powder drops back into the powder hopper and mix with the virgin powder. The screened powder will drop down into powder hopper (fluidized bed) and will then be remixed with the virgin powder in the fluidized bed. The whole process is monitored by powder level sensors and the PLC system
